- Liaison with Tenant and Landlord throughout the process
- Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement prepared
- Full Inventory or Schedule of Condition prepared and meters read
- Utility companies and Services advised of change of occupants
- Tenant's Deposit held in mandatory Tenancy Deposit Scheme
- During the tenancy, on your behalf, liaise with tenants and contractors regarding any maintenance/repairs.
- Regular inspections of the property are carried out
- Rent collected and accounted to you on a monthly basis
- Full inspection of the property at end of tenancy

- Optional Property Deep Clean Service

Before you LET any property the following arrangements will need to be made
Gas Safety Check (CP12) by Corgi Registered Company (Mandatory) from £55 plus VAT (required annually)
Energy 'Performance Certificate (EPC) by qualified assessor (Mandatory) from £50 plus VAT (required every ten years)
Electrical Periodic Inspection Report by an NIC/EIC approved Contractor (Recommended) from £85 plus VAT (recommended every five years)
All of the above fees are passed on to Landlords at cost
Bank House only utilise suppliers who are fully trained and are able to supply us with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy.
All suppliers have been personally vetted by Bank House Management and professional references taken up
